I have used a number of Providers for NDIS however have found Alyv the most flexible and affordable.Their staff try and match people to meet your needs and that will fit in with your family.Having Support Workers in your home can be uncomfortable as people invading your space can be intrusive if you dont have a good fit. Alyv management are aware of this and helped me with clear communication and maintained my sense of security and control over having staff that have background checks so I felt my family was safe.Alyv is easy to contact. With so many ndis providers around, it is a daunting task to find the right one for your situation. We’ve received numerous services through Alyv support and have been thrilled with all of them. The team at Alyv genuinely have a neuroaffirming, whole family approach, and provide empathetic, understanding and strengths based support and services. As a parent of autistic kids, it’s very difficult to find reliable, supportive services that are flexible and holistic about meeting my family’s needs. Alyv fill this gap amazingly. The staff are highly trained and experienced, and treat us with respect and empathy at all times. My child also was able to complete his first community respite with Alyv support staff, which allowed me a much needed break and him to experience a fantastic, personalised community stay full of fun activities.
