We Listen And Work Together
Our whole process starts with being great listeners. We will meet you where you're at, follow your lead and hold space for you to be the captain of your own ship. You can tailor your services and use any combination of our skills to meet your needs.
Is there an Establishment or Set Up Fee?
Theres no establishment fee or any other set up costs to get started.
Is there any Provider Travel charges?
There is NO Provider Travel! We only charge you for transport at 90c per km when your in our vehicles or we are running errands for you. Never to get to and from you.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel with at least 1 clear business day notice, theres no charge at all. If we receive less notice than this we will make every effort to minimise your charges by finding your worker other work, offering non face to face services or rescheduling in the same rostered week. If we can not achieve a replacement shift at late notice we do charge the normal booked hours and rate as a late cancellation and pay the staff member as required
Do you have a Minimum Time for bookings?
We sure don't! We make every effort to roster our staff correctly to meet our employer obligations, so you can make bookings of any length with no minimum charge just pay for the time you used.
