Founded in 2021, Alyv is the brainchild of neurodivergent founder, Sarah O’Sullivan. On a quest to find trained and experienced supports for herself and her children she felt that, if she couldn’t find it, then it was time to build it! Alyv is one of Perth’s largest Neurodivergent led support services offering bespoke support packages and staff with autism specific training who really know their stuff! Staff are all expected, in addition to the services they deliver to meet minimum standards around neuroaffirming practices, trauma informed approaches and are all offered mentoring and supervision by a team of neurodiverse leaders. We also aim to be an employer of choice for the ND community.
